Orders should ship from our warehouse 3 to 5 business days after they have been placed.You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once it ships. We use USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL as shipping partners.

All of our products are reusable and sustainably produced, but some products cannot be made using sustainable materials alone, so we make them using long-lasting materials. As our namesake employees, we primarily supply Bamboo products; however, we include some coconut, wood, and other eco-friendly goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Our products do not include any single-use, non-recyclable materials. All of our products come either package-free or packaged in recyclable kraft paper or cardboard.

Bamboo is grown without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, chemicals or artificial irrigation. Bamboo is considered one of the most sustainable resources in the world because of the gentle harvesting process. When harvesting bamboo, the root system is left in place, which allows for quick regrowth.
